Complaints procedure

We'd rather fix a problem than win an argument. If something's gone wrong, here's exactly how to raise it and what happens next.

How to complain

What happens next

  • Within 1 working day: we acknowledge your complaint and tell you who's handling it.
  • Within 5 working days: we investigate and respond with a resolution or a clear plan.
  • If you're not satisfied: your complaint is escalated to a director for a final review within a further 5 working days.

If we can't resolve it

RegBolt is applying for membership of MIRAD and the Cherished Numbers Guild; once in force, unresolved disputes may be raised through their conciliation services. We'll always tell you your options plainly.

Our promise

Complaints are logged, reviewed monthly, and used to fix the process that caused them — not filed and forgotten.
